I liked the constant communication and rapid responses. If I had questions they were always explained in detail and was told exactly what was needed. I think the app is a great tool, it shows you where you stand, which steps are next, what occurs during the step you’re on and a great way of keeping track what’s needed and what you’ve submitted.

Dealing with Sandy was good, but the overall mortgage process was less than desirable. Because the mortgage companies didn't do their due diligence years ago, we the qualified applicants are left to deal with the consequences of their lack of oversight.
