Sandy assisted us for over a year, first breaking down the steps needed to get in a position to qualify, then throughout to let us know our range and what money needed to be brought to the table. We also went through some issues with realtors and bank owned property giving us the run around and Sandy stayed right with us the whole time available any day and any time.
