I can not say enough positive things about Sandy!! This is my second time working with her, and my second time getting amazing results in a quick amount of time!! For me one very important factor when dealing with any company is response time.... Sandy took response time to a whole new level!!! I would email her a question, she would email me back within minutes, day or night!!! I was never left wondering or questioning anything pertaining to our file!!! There is no doubt in my mind that i will work with Sandy again, and I 100% will recommend her to anyone looking to get a mortgage or re-finance!!!

Ms. Davis was quite helpful throughout the purchasing and closing process. She was available for questions at all hours of the day and even on the weekend. Her and her team were able to close on our house in just over 30 days and that was during the holiday season!

Sandy has helped me with 2 home loans - an initial purchase and then a refi - and the process could not have been easier. She was very thorough in describing the process and timing from start to finish. She would also provide me with frequent updates on the status of the loan. Also, I really appreciated that she laid out a couple of financing scenarios to highlight my options. In addition, Sandy was very responsive to any questions I had.
