Dealing with Sandy was good, but the overall mortgage process was less than desirable. Because the mortgage companies didn't do their due diligence years ago, we the qualified applicants are left to deal with the consequences of their lack of oversight.

Sandy did very well for us but WTF do I have to pay $1,200 for YOUR lawyer's fees? Your lawyer does not represent me, does not have MY interests in mind. I've never paid another party's legal fees before this (very standard) transaction
A huge professional mortgage company SHOULD be able to pay for its OWN lawyers without fosting spurious additional fees on people like me.
Once again, Sandy Davis did well but NJ Lenders can go to hell.
