Sandy is the best. Since the beginning she explained the whole process of buying a first home. She always available and her response time was great. Anytime I saw a property I’d send her a text message and she’d response within minutes. I’m finally excited I was able to purchase my first home with my fiancé. I shoped for mortgage with 3 brokers and Sandy came out as the one who understood my questions clearly and very professional.
More importantly she seemed to know her job inside out: she was able to work quickly on few scenario that were key for me to decide on loan duration.( quoting me quickly interest paid over 5Y for different rate/duration scenarios). Working with someone who mastered the detail was important for my own decision process.
